Your commercial general liability and product liability insurance must meet all of the following Amazon criteria:
- Amount of insurance of at least:
- USA: $1,000,000
- Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy & the Netherlands: €500,000
- Sweden: kr 50,000,000
- Poland: PLN 2,250,000
- The insurance deductible must not exceed:
- USA: $10,000
- Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy & the Netherlands: €5,000
- Sweden: kr 50,000
- Poland: PLN 22,500
- The insurance must cover all sales of products listed by the seller through Amazon;
- The company name on the policy must be identical with the one registered on the Amazon marketplace;
- The insurer must be able to process and settle claims worldwide;
- Furthermore, the insurer must have a financial rating from S&P and / or AM Best of A- or better.
